A recent counseling graduate, Sahara's work truly began over seven years ago when she started individual counseling with a depth psychotherapist. From her research, she has dedicated herself to mapping the archetypal patterns of dreams.

Her integrated approach has grown to honor the psychic complexity of working with clients and couples that have insecure attachment through a psychodynamic lens. Using transference and projection frameworks, she helps clients find mirror points that reflect outward from their inner worlds onto their relationships.

Clients can expect a safe judgement-free space to work through their deepest patterns they have never been able to address and to truly meet the unconscious content ready to emerge within psyche.
